Context & Cringe started as a training exercise. We kept noticing the same thing: people don't really *get* privacy risks until they feel the discomfort themselves.
A data point can seem neutral. A feature can seem reasonable. But combine them in the right app context, and suddenly everyone in the room goes quiet.
That moment — the cringe — is the game.
